Welcome to SixEight Design. By commissioning work or purchasing products through our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

SixEight Design specializes in 3D car bodykit modeling for games and rendering. Our services include:

• Full Bodykit — Complete exterior bodykit design (bumpers, side skirts, spoiler, panels)
• Per Parts — Individual components (bumpers, spoilers, diffusers, etc.)
• Rims — Custom wheel and rim designs
• Full Scratch — Ground-up car model built from scratch
• Exclusive Bodykit — Exclusive model owned only by you (not resold or shared)

2. Pricing

Pricing is set per project and confirmed via a quote on your ticket before payment. Current base rates:

Photomatching: Requests that require photomatching (modeling from reference photos) will incur an additional $25–$40 charge. Photomatching accuracy depends on photo quality and angle. The final result will be approximately 90–95% similar to the real-life reference, as base models may not perfectly match real-life proportions.

Prices may be adjusted based on applicable taxes in our country of operation.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record).
• Payment is required in full upfront before work begins.
• You will receive a quote on your project ticket. Click "Pay Now" to proceed to checkout.
• Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Lemon Squeezy).

4. Delivery

• Deliverable formats: OBJ, FBX, and Blend (default). You may request additional formats.
• Files are delivered securely through the SixEight platform with time-limited download links.
• Delivery timeline depends on project complexity and is communicated during the quoting phase.

5. Revisions

• Each service tier includes a specified number of revision rounds (see service description).
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

6. Usage Rights & Ownership

• Standard commissions: You receive full usage rights for the delivered model. SixEight retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Exclusive commissions: You receive full exclusive ownership. The model will not be resold, shared, or displayed publicly by SixEight.
• Pre-made store purchases: You receive a personal/commercial use license. Redistribution or resale of the model files is prohibited.

7. Limitations

• Models are provided as-is after the revision period ends.
• SixEight does not provide game conversion services (e.g., converting to GTA V/FiveM format). You may use third-party conversion services.
• Polycount is typically kept under 150,000 polygons for bodykit-only models.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available before work begins (before the ticket moves to "In Progress").
• Once work has started, refunds are not available, but revisions within the included rounds are provided.
• For pre-made store purchases, refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's standard refund policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• You must own or have rights to any reference images provided.
• SixEight is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from client-provided references.
